Slick Woods made headlines last September after she went into labor during Rihanna’s Savage x Fenty show at New York Fashion Week. Now the model is back in the spotlight thanks to a collab with It brand The Kooples. Slick partnered with the French label on a line of trendy, chunky sneakers. “I’ve been designing ever since I was dreaming in my sleep,” the model informed Vogue U.K.
The high-tops come in black, white, camo and with text and are surprisingly versatile. “My trainers are designed to look good with everything – why wouldn’t you buy a pair? And why stop at just one?” Slick pointed out. We can totally see styling the sporty kicks with everything from a floral minidress to a crop top and cutoffs.
The Slick Woods x The Kooples collection is available now on The Kooples’ U.K. site. So far it hasn’t popped up on the brand’s U.S. site, but we have our fingers crossed.
