Valentino has designed a capsule collection for charity event Cash & Rocket, a red sports car convoy which raises money for three of its charities including Shine on Sierra Leone, OrphanAid Africa and Sumbandila.
The range is heavy on camouflage, leather and studs, and, with 20 per cent of proceeds going to charity, it’s perfect for the girl who’s tough on the outside but soft on the inside. The capsule includes cuffed shorts, moto-chic jumpsuits, sneakers, heels, T-shirts, clutches, gloves and backpacks.
The charity convo will see Valentino’s Maria Grazia, Elena Perminova, Arizona Muse and Anna Cleveland, and Stylebop’s Creative Director, Leila Yavari, joined by 70 high-profile women as they drive through London, Paris, Annecy, Milan and Cannes to help raise money for the causes. The convoy started on Saturday, May 16, and will finish up on Tuesday, May 19.
