Fringe is definitely in for spring (and the festival season), but it appears two stars are already embracing the trend. Poppy attended a dinner for the opening of the new Balmain store in London outfitted in the fashion house’s fringe-tastic blue mini dress. Black over-the-knee boots finished off the swinging look. Balmain devotee Kim also favored a fringed creation from the Pre-Fall 2015 collection during Paris Fashion Week at the Balmain post-show dinner party. She complemented her new blond ‘do and pink fringe dress with black tights plus booties. Does the electric blue or peachy pink version deliver more fringe benefits?
