Long seen dangling only from the vests of biker gangs and Davey Crockett’s musket bag, fringe has made its way onto the boho bags and gladiator sandals of celebrities. Twilight actress Ashley Greene has been spotted toting not one, not two, but three bags decorated with fringe, and last week stepped out in fringed sandals.
