Responding to a TMZ report that Charlie Sheen was planning to harm himself with a firearm, the LAPD raided the house of America’s foremost tabloid catnip. A restraining order filed against Sheen by Brooke Mueller, the unhinged actor/poet is prohibited from possessing weapons. As the LAPD searched for weapons and ammunition, Sheen ate a hamburger and tweeted, “#fastball; the LAPD were AWESOME. Following in the footsteps of her 30 Rock co-star, Tina Fey, the marvelous Julianne Moore will try her hand at playing Sarah Palin. HBO Films announced that Moore was cast as the former Alaska governor and Vice Presidential candidate for the upcoming film, Game Change, a story of the 2008 presidential campaign based on a book by the same name, by journalists John Heilemann and Mark Halperin.
