You wouldn’t think a whole lot would be noteworthy about the 2014 People Magazine Awards, but as soon as Kate showed up in this Valentino number, the event became worthy of our radar. She paired the one-shoulder coral print dress with beachy curls and the look was, in one word, perfection.
