Watch: Which Fashion Trends Are You Sick Of? [theFashionDish]

As part of the debut installment of theFashionDish, a new original series from tFS, moderator Julie Bensmen asked the panelists, “Which fashion trends are you sick of?”

Responses ranged from peplums to baseball jackets to capri pants (“They only looked good on one person ever, and that was Audrey Hepburn”), but when it came to actress and style blogger Katie Cassidy‘s turn, things got real: “I’m going to go with wedge sneakers, although I do still wear them,” she admitted, shrugging. If that statement doesn’t encapsulate the essential truth of wedge sneakers — painfully overexposed but still somehow necessary — I don’t know if anything can.

The debut installment of theFashionDish brings six fashion industry experts for dinner and a roundtable discussion recapping New York Fashion Week. In the coming weeks, we’ll be bringing you lots of short clips and a full 30-minute episode drawn from the rowdy, hilarious and informative conversation that ensued.

Chiun-Kai “Chunky” Shih, fashion photographer, Condé Nast creative director and the creator of Hipstamatic‘s ‘Chunky’ lens.
Robert Verdi, a celebrity stylist (best known for his work with Eva Longoria), television personality and lifestyle expert.
