“It’s come to a point where it’s annoyingly off-trend and just plain uninteresting. The Sicilian inspiration has been done to death and beyond, and now I just don’t care for their shows anymore. How many times are we gonna see that calflenghth black lace dress again? Pfff…” [Mr-Dale]

It’s been bad enough that they’ve beaten the same tiny facet of their Italian heritage into the ground by overusing it as inspiration for years, but now their collection looks alarmingly like Valentino – the faux-naif animal appliques are probably the most egregiously ‘inspired’ pieces – and feels nothing like Dolce & Gabbana.
