When I get dressed in the morning I think… I’m a mom of two little girls. I don’t have time to think!
I would never leave my home without… a bottle of my Argan Oil, my eyelash curler, my iPhone and my journal.
I could never travel without… all of the above plus a book to read and some cucumber slices to keep my eyes rested and relaxed.
The item of clothing I’m currently wearing most is… a piece of fabric I got in Bali a million years ago. I wear it as a scarf, a sarong, a skirt or a head wrap.
I’m dying to splurge on… a month on a desert island with my family—without WiFi.
My guilty pleasure is… pizza!
My beauty essentials include… Argan Oil, eyelash curler, Argan Hair Serum and a big fat smile.
My morning beauty routine consists of… a shower, if I’m lucky, and a swipe of 100% Pure Argan Oil Light.
The last thing I Googled was… “Imagine,” a nonprofit organization I’m making a movie with.
If my days had one extra hour I would… kiss my daughter and my husband for a solid hour.
When I’m looking to de-stress I… walk to the Hollywood sign in the hills just above my LA house.
My favorite place to shop is… The Paris flea markets.
I stay away from beauty products that… contain petrochemicals. Which is why I mostly only use my own.
I wouldn’t be caught dead… doing the same thing again and again and expecting different results.
My biggest beauty pet peeve is… petrochemicals. Why would anyone put that stuff on her face?
The key to being a successful entrepreneur is… staying true to yourself.
The qualities I look for when hiring someone include… the same thing I look for when I’m getting to know a good friend, because JMC is more of a family than a “workforce.”
People would be surprised to learn this about the modeling industry… it’s exactly like every stereotype about it.
People would be surprised to learn this about organic beauty products… how incredibly hard it is to find vendors who can supply them.
On a typical Saturday night I… go to sleep as early as my kids do.
The best advice I ever received… “smile with your eyes, and your beauty will shine through.” My mom told me that when I was a 12-year-old, starting a modeling career.
