Smith’s dreamlike collection in a palette consisting of yellow, white and blue in an array of fabrics featured whimsical drawings mixed with an assortment of delicately placed paperclips. Other winners included Shauni Douglas and Olivia Creber, also from Edinburgh’s College of Art, for their menswear range, and Hannah Williams from UCA Epsom, who walked away with the award for the best womenswear collection.
Catwalk collections aside, this year’s exhibition was also filled with quite the eclectic mix of designs, and was definitely showcasing some promising emerging design talent. Take a look at our slideshow for a peek inside this year’s exhibition.
