Come Fall ’09 campaign season, she will be appearing in the Givenchy and Valentino ads, both lensed by Mert & Marcus. I have mentioned before that Givenchy is going to be ‘very Supreme‘, because Ranya Mordanova is also confirmed for Givenchy, and both girls are from Supreme management. Imagine Adriana Lima posing beside those edgy beings, in Mert & Marcus’s signature sharp photography… How much of a thrill is this kind of unpredictable and totally mis-matched casting bringing you?
However, Iris is perfect for Marc & Mercus style of photography. If you look back at some of their work together, they are as flawless as they can be. Moreover, Iris is mostly solo in their editorials, not sharing space with any other models. This is the result of when a model gets to shine… alone.
