Liberty of London on a Roll

Sure to be colorful and print-heavy, the collection will be developed via a licensing agreement with Slowear Group, an Italian manufacturer, and will consist of 200 pieces.

The line will be on display come June, when the Spring 2011 line has its unveiling in Milan.

Liberty has been designing their items in-house since the label’s 2005 inception, and this is the first licensing deal that they have signed.

We can expect fitted men’s shirts, trousers, outerwear, and knitwear made from a variety of Liberty’s signature prints.

According to WWD, the prints will be “reedited by an international design team with a modern sartorial-meets-Swinging London vibe.”

The men’s line will be carried in the Liberty London store and in about 200 retailers in the U.S, the U.K., Italy, and Asia.
