It’s without doubt that Alex Sinadinovic was the most entertaining contestant on Australia’s Next Top Model . Whether it was her insane drive to win which could sometimes come across as egotistic, how “heavy” she thought everything was, or her ability to literally scare the girls with her outlandish practice poses, this girl definitely made the entire series worth watching.
Above all, she was, and will continue to be, a freakin’ good model. She didn’t let the fact that Alex Perry thought she a shorty get to her, and continued to prove him wrong week by week with fierce pictures that made us question whether models really do need to be tall after all. For that, we’ll always love her.
We’ll miss you Alex. Keep doing your thang. Check out her most memorable moments in our gallery below.
Alex's 10 Best ANTM Moments
Bossy, Bossy, Bossy
Alex's controlling side came out in episode two, when the girls had to take the perfect Instagram shot for the Kardashian Kollection challenge . Izi Simundic wasn't pleased at all.
Seeing Double
It was definitely a case of "who wore it better" in the Week 3 challenge, when Phoebe Deskovic and Alex both rocked up to the Jean Paul Gaultier event in the same top. Awkward...
Confidence is Key
There were tears and makeup touchups when Alex spoke about her Week 4 swimwear photo shoot, explaining that she didn't feel confident at all. Are we looking at the right photo? She seems pretty confident to us!
Bossy Part II
Bossy Alex came out to play again in Week 5, when the girls had to work in a team for the Jbronze shoot. Alex had a mini freakout over seaweed, but still managed to produce a killer shot.
You Can't Sit With Us
Week 5 was not a good week for Alex. The poor girl was placed in the bottom two because she looked like she wasn't part of the friendship group in her white shirt photo. Alex cried, agreeing she felt excluded.
Don't worry Alex, we think you looked awesome!
Soaring to New Heights
While all the other girls quivered and cried, Alex basically charged head-first off the 5-storey high runway. Even though she kind of looked like she was moon-walking, she nailed her poses and managed to secure a Miss Shop campaign and $5,000 worth of clothes.
Real Talk
Alex's reaction to the news she would be competing to become the face of Colgate Optic White...
“Your smile will be known everywhere in Australia! Like, you’ll be on a bus and then look past and then you’ll be on that bus stop and your bus will go to the other bus stop and then you’ll get off and then you’ll be there again!"
Excuse us while we bury our face into our palm.
Treadmill Terror
Nerves struck when Alex caught a glimpse of the treadmill-of-terror in Week 8, running off the catwalk just seconds after she had walked on.
Alex Channels a Cat
One of the best moments on the show was when fashion director for Elle US, Anne Slowey, asked Alex to channel a cat. The look on her face said it all, as she remarked, "Um... OK so that's the literal version of it."
Coco Freakout
Alex basically pounced, like the proverbial cat she is, on poor Coco Rocha when she walked into the Week 9 posing class. Alex could hardly contain her excitement and bordeline obsession when Coco said, "Why is this one freaking out so much?" Alex replied in an appropriate stalker tone, "Because I love you!"
