Natasha Poly Might Have Deserved Better on the Cover of Vogue France for February 2025

Eugénie Trochu is out as head of editorial content at Vogue France. Claire Thomson-Jonville is now installed at the top job, and we remain hopeful that the Scottish fashion journalist will put the French fashion title back on the map. Thomson-Jonville edited the title’s recent December/January edition starring a Chanel-clad Loli Bahia on the front and welcomes Natasha Poly onto the cover of Vogue France for February 2025. The Russian beauty has covered French Vogue a total of 11 times previously, and poses for Willy Vanderperre on this occasion. Complete with styling from Alastair McKimm, Natasha poses in a look from the Prada Spring 2025 collection from Miuccia Prada and Raf Simons.

“Everything is BEYOND TRAGIC!” immediately exclaimed DK92.

“AWFUL,” exclaimed Scotty.

“Played in Natasha’s face. I cannot stand Willy Vanderperre or Alastair McKimm,” disapproved fenty.

Sharing the same underwhelming sentiments was vogue22. “Choosing the shot where Natasha Poly wearing those awful Prada sunglasses when you can barely recognize her, is such a setup,” they complained.

“Why put someone as iconic as Natasha Poly on the cover only to cover up her face?” quizzed NyNameIs.

“Pheeeww, I’m torn. I want to like it because it’s Miss Poly and I’ve missed her on a Vogue France cover! But the styling, be it bold, is very questionable,” noted Valentine27.

“This is terrible on so many levels,” GivenchyAddict critiqued.
