Make no mistake Vogue Korea’s Shin Kwang-ho has his finger firmly on the pulse of who is hot within the world of modeling. After all, everyone from Naomi Campbell to Lulu Tenney and Vittoria Ceretti to Nora Attal have graced the Korean fashion bible within the past eight months. The magazine is celebrating Mona Tougaard with its July 2024 installment, who fresh from that cover of British Vogue (alongside Central Cee) is splashed across not one but three celebratory covers via the lens of photographic duo Sean + Seng. Styled by Yeon You, the Danish beauty who is the current face of Versace and Balenciaga is decked out in looks from Virginie Viard‘s Pre-Fall 2024 Chanel collection across the trio of collectable covers.
Read below the reactions of theFashionSpot’s forum members:
“All three covers are great but the two shot against the white background are my favorites. Love the styling and the multicolored fonts on both. The covers are fun and bring joy. Mona looks really good,” shared MModa.
TerraVera shared, “I like the second cover. Mona has a great smile!”
“Refreshing! Could have been Vogue Japan, what a reminiscence!” admired oaklee91.
In the same frame of mind was vogue28: “A massive fan of all three covers, and when compared to Mona Tougaard’s recent cover of British Vogue, this is definitely a sight for sore eyes. I love how each of the covers is a celebration for Tougaard and how just straight-up gorgeous they are. Love the art direction and the cover line…”
Not everyone, however, was so forthcoming. “Love the last cover despite the terrible styling!” critiqued Ihhbl.
“I like the third cover most. She’s giving face in the first but there’s something missing,” Urban Stylin added.
