Should you have leafed through multiple editions of Vogue within the space of one month, you may have stumbled across the same fashion stories. Unfortunately, Condé Nast’s global content-sharing strategy remains in full force and the latest story to be spread across the globe is Adut Akech by Campbell Addy. Originally featured inside the March 2024 issues of American and British Vogue, Kerstin Weng at Vogue Germany repurposes the shoot for the magazine’s April 2024 cover. Weng selected a photograph of the South Sudanese-Australian model captured down on a calm and serene Los Angeles beach at sunset. Adut poses in the undeniably beautiful cover image, dressed by stylist Max Ortega in a dress from Sabato de Sarno’s debut Spring 2024 Gucci collection, teamed with a pair of jeans also from the luxury Italian fashion house.
