Asian representation doesn’t exactly happen on the regular with the mainstream European fashion titles. Nevertheless, Vogue France much-welcomingly gives up its March 2024 offering to one of the industry’s most prolific of Asian fashion models: Liu Wen. Captured by Julien Martinez Leclerc and styled by Katie Burnett, the Chinese beauty who heralds from the city of Yongzhou wears a Fendi coat and dress teamed with a pair of Prada shoes in the bold and graphic cover image. Wen stars in both the Fendi and Prada advertising campaigns for the current Spring 2024 season.

Also not exactly jumping for joy over the sight of the cover was philophile: “I really love this photographer, but I am not a fan of this. Not really sure if I like the work of this stylist in general either. The print clashing is just too disturbing to the eyes, no harmony.”
