Edward Enninful continues to be the gift that keeps on giving at British Vogue. Issue after issue, Enninful knocks it out of the park. We’ve been treated to not one but two Steven Meisel-shot covers. Now comes a third as we head into the new year. The publication grants us our wish by welcoming Kristen McMenamy to the cover for January 2022, which amazingly marks her first appearance on the British fashion bible. Captured before a gray backdrop with Carlyne Cerf de Dudzeele on styling duties, the modeling legend wears a monogrammed Gucci look in the intriguing cover image.
“This may be my least favorite cover of British Vogue photographed by Steven Meisel — and I was very much wanting to see Kristen McMenamy by Meisel again,” said vogue28.
“Considering EVERYONE involved, the result was supposed to be a MILLION times better!” expressed DK92.
“This is all I have been waiting for. Kristen by Meisel and Carlyne. But I’m not that thrilled, it could be better,” commented THD96.

“I think I’m more thrilled with the collaboration than the result itself. Of course, it’s a great image and I’m happy to see these two…but they should’ve left the studio,” proclaims thiago:).
Everyone else is clearly elated. “To say my excitement is through the roof would be an understatement… What a thrill! THEE Kristen McMenamy is back on Vogue, shot by none other than THEE Steven Meisel, styled by THEE Carlyne,” raves aracic.
“Well it’s about time she got her first Vogue U.K. cover after almost 40 years in the business,” mikel points out.
“YES! Yes to everything. Perfect cover, no complaints. It all works for me,” approved LastNight.
