India doesn’t receive the recognition it truly deserves on our forums. The magazine last caught our eye two years ago with a pair of cool Kim Kardashian covers. Thanks to Indian Vogue‘s latest cover conquest, the mag has our undivided attention once again. Hailey Bieber stars on the publication’s August 2020 edition, marking her fourth notable cover appearance of 2020 (following stints on ELLE, Vogue Spain and Vogue Germany). The current face of Dsquared2 poses in a blazer and jeans from Gucci’s Pre-Fall 2020 menswear collection for the sleek cover shot snapped by Zoey Grossman.
Hailey’s latest immediately sparked debate on our forums. “The styling feels like she’s wearing her man’s clothes,” said MON.
“Empty-looking cover and a random choice for Vogue India. It’s almost weird seeing a non-Indian person on their cover,” commented Srdjan.
“The cover seems half-baked. They could have done more,” crmsnsnwflks chimed in.

Urban Stylin wasn’t exactly jumping for joy, either. “Terrible! Even shot-at-home covers look better than this. This type of styling would look nice and modern, but this is a sloppy mess.”
“There’s no styling here. It looks like she just rolled out of bed and threw on the clothes that were left on the floor. Oops, I forgot my shirt,” added MissMagAddict.
“I personally don’t mind the cover. There’s not much you can do with Hailey and this cover pretty much sums up her range. It’s effortless (on many levels), the styling fits her personal style, the hair…yeah. It’s not ugly, it’s not offensive — it’s plain boring. A simple, effortless snap for Instagram, nothing to write home about,” critiqued aracic.
“Of course, it’s nothing special, but such a simple and clean cover is a nice change. It feels like a breath of fresh air after all the tacky messes they have published,” defended avonlea002.
