Rebecca Leigh Longendyke and Vittoria Ceretti Strike Poses on Vogue Paris’ Simple and Chic March 2020 Covers

You already know that Emmanuelle Alt adores a good retro cover, having already demonstrated her love for decades gone by umpteen times via covers of Vogue Paris. Four covers showcased Alt’s 80s obsession in 2019 and last month’s offering starring Jill Kortleve gave us Andy Warhol vibes. French Vogue‘s March 2020 installment takes us back to the 80s in chic and simple fashion. Rebecca Leigh Longendyke and Vittoria Ceretti pose in the same Versace look before the lens of Mikael Jansson for a pair of covers.

The covers hit all the right notes for our forum members. “Sorry to all those haters, but Emmanuelle is the only one who delivers. Those covers are great. Nothing super powerful, but it’s the simplicity that makes them desirable,” applauded helmutnotdead.

“Clean layout, great models, toned bodies, a recognizable Versace dress. It’s not superb, but it’s quite good so far,” confessed dodencebt.

“Wow, unexpectedly nice, simple yet strong and even unusual,” shared dontbeadrag.

In agreement over how great the covers turned out was aracic: “It has a nostalgic Vogue Paris vibe to it, I love it! The girls look great and this multi-cover thing with the same styling reminds me of the iconic Kate/Lara/Daria covers I adore. It’s simple, but sometimes that’s all we need.”

“I actually like it. The in-your-face font, the simple styling…” added MON.

WeberFanatic couldn’t stop raving, either. “It’s simple, it’s chic and something that just proves Alt still has it.”
