Nina Garcia continues to demonstrate her pull within the industry by scoring just about every big celebrity to front ELLE. This year alone, Garcia has dropped covers featuring heavyweights Gigi Hadid, Taylor Swift, Indya Moore and Angelina Jolie. Keeping up with tradition, Garcia serves up the magazine’s annual “Women in Hollywood” issue for November 2019 offering a whole series of multi-covers for us to hunt down. Gwyneth Paltrow, Nicole Kidman, Lena Waithe, Melina Matsoukas, Jodie Turner-Smith, Scarlett Johansson, Natalie Portman, Zendaya, Mindy Kaling (all shot by Zoey Grossman) and Dolly Parton (photographed by Jason Bell) all earned the coveted cover spots.

Forum members immediately began picking their favorite. “Nicole’s cover is one of the best ELLE covers I’ve seen in a long time. None of the others come close to it,” raved dodencebt.

“Nicole blew everyone else out of the water, love it!” agreed FashionMuseDior.

“I actually like all of them! Some of the strongest ELLE covers in a long time. I love the starkness of Scarlett’s and Gwyneth’s,” said honeycombchild.

But not everyone was over the moon. “Beige overload! Nicole’s and maybe Gwyneth’s covers look stunning, but it’s odd to see Gwyneth on a ‘Women in Hollywood’ cover considering the only movies she appears in seem to be The Avengers franchise,” proclaimed Benn98.

“Too many covers, but with this lineup I can understand it! Nicole and Gwyneth are the winners for sure. I like all of them though!” commented apple.
