Is there any stopping Bella Hadid? The model continues to add an impressive amount of work to her ever-growing portfolio. In 2019 alone, the current face of Versace and Moschino scored a total of four Vogue covers (including American Vogue‘s digital cover in April). Now Bella has landed a fifth for July 2019. Vogue Japan welcomes Bella back (following in the footsteps of Vogue Spain), marking Bella’s third cover appearance on the Japanese fashion bible. Captured by photographic duo Luigi & Iango and styled by Paul Cavaco, Bella wears a jacquard Louis Vuitton jacket and pants a la Emma Stone on British Vogue.
But the cover was a total flop. “Just tragic. Horrible lighting on her face. When will these Vogues realize that it isn’t cool to share the same freaking girls that are on the covers every damn month,” ranted Gabriel29.
“Wow, another zombie face cover from Bella, give us a break!” pleaded Miss Dalloway.
“Her face looks really unpleasant here, like she’s being forced to use a public toilet,” declared Melancholybaby.

“This girl again? My God, is she the only model available or what? Because she doesn’t have anything special that any other model can’t offer. This cover is tragic,” proclaimed Perickles.
“Forgettable and lazy. Where’s the modeling?” asked TommysBaby.
KateTheGreatest felt the same way: “Her face looks the same in every photo. Before opening the thread I know what her expression will look like.”
Also not exactly jumping for joy was Benn98: “Bella fatigue aside, I don’t like the cover at all. It just looks drab and forgettable, plus that wretched LV look is even worse here. Pass!”
