Does Kristen Stewart Make You Want Some Florabotanica? (Forum Buzz)

“Looks like one of those weird collages in cheap department store beauty catalogs,” Psylocke noted.

The idea for the fragrance evolved from Nicolas Ghesquière’s 2008 collection involving “nice” and “nasty” flowers. The scent is an imagined sampling of that nice and nasty flower garden. The inspiration for the scent explains the reason for Stewart donning an “old” dress in the ad shot by Steven Meisel.

“I like the layout, but as far as Kristen goes, her wide leg stance and orange dress are way too similar to Jennifer Connelly’s Balenciaga ads for me to really get excited,” HeatherAnne commented.

“I don’t get the hair and makeup,” kokobombon lamented. “Were they going for a lifeless feel? She looks like a melancholy corpse.”

Many forum members noted Kristen’s stiff pose, which is ironic because she told WWD that she was directed to “Just be comfortable.” Is it possible that Kristen’s wound up, uncomfortable looking poses are really just her version of being comfortable? In which case that would mean that she’s actually super comfortable on the red carpet? She just shows it in a different way than everyone else, apparently.
