Nicole Kidman’s New Red Carpet Photos Prove Simple Does It

On December 2, Nicole Kidman stunned in a gorgeous Dolce & Gabbana gown at the Gotham Awards 2024. The actor made a striking appearance in the vintage piece, keeping it simple yet classic with her red carpet look. She was nominated for the Outstanding Lead Performance Award for one of her latest works, “Babygirl.” Other than Kidman, Natalie Portman, Penélope Cruz, Margot Robbie, Zendaya, and Angelina Jolie were also at the star-studded event.

Nicole Kidman chose vintage hand-painted D&G gown for 2024 Gotham Awards

Nicole Kidman’s Gotham Awards 2024 fit might look simple but it was oh-so-classy. According to PEOPLE, the hand-painted gown was a part of the Dolce & Gabbana Fall/Winter 1998 Collection, making it a vintage piece. The black number featured spaghetti straps and a gorgeous train with hand-painted florals decorating the same. The gown beautifully accentuated her toned physique, with the florals adding a pop of color to the all-black ensemble.

Kidman was styled by Jason Bolden, with hairstylist Serge Normant working on her hair. Normant kept the actor’s hairstyle straight and simple, only parting her blonde locks down the middle. On the other hand, MUA Gucci Westman was the mastermind behind Kidman’s 90s-inspired makeup look.

The star almost looked vampire-like with deep wine-hued lips and dark smokey eyes. She also added some blush to add a hint of color to her cheeks, which was the perfect finishing touch to her makeup look. The star paired her Dolce & Gabbana gown with pieces from Hassanzadeh Jewellery. She completed the look with a pair of black pointed-toe heels.

Nicole Kidman was one of the nominees for the Outstanding Lead Performance Award at Gotham Awards 2024. Pamela Anderson for “The Last Showgirl” and Demi Moore for “The Substance” were also nominated for the award. However, Colman Domingo took home the title for his brilliant performance in “Sing Sing.”
