The all-sheer outfit featured full sleeves, a high turtleneck, and tight frilled layers around the waist. She looked elegant in the ensemble on the carpet, where she posed for pictures with her boyfriend Luke Benward.
Winter chose to keep her dress in the spotlight as she wore a few rings, held a silver purse, and opted for high heels. For her makeup, she chose arched eyebrows, lashes, and a generous amount of blush on her cheeks. She also went with a pink lip that complemented the makeup, accentuating the ensemble.
