The singer wore a UFO print top and pleaded miniskirt from the brand, uncannily similar to her previous outfit from the night, and paired it with a similar-pattered tapestry jacket. The outfit came in earthy tones of blue and green. Additionally, her look included smokey eye makeup, orange-red lip shade, and black-edgy Vivienne Westwood boots with some sparkly jewelry.
Before her final VMAs look, Taylor Swift rocked a similar space-themed sparkling minidress during the awards ceremony from Monse. The custom-made dress had a visible UFO montage scene and her choice of outfit has now sparked speculation about whether the theme was one of Swift’s infamous easter eggs. They can be a nod to her famous song “Down Bad” from the “Tortured Poets Department” given the very obvious lyrics, “Did you really beam me up?
