However, the artistry of the ivory dress was such that it gave an illusion of the clothing being water-soaked.

Kim Kardashian looked graceful while attending the third Caring for Women Dinner hosted by the Kering Foundation. The SKIMS founder was one of the co-chairs at the event. According to People Magazine, she wore a dreamy ivory-toned form-fitting Balenciaga midi-length dress that gave the illusion of the outfit dripping water. The fabric featured details of ruching around the bodice and the waist area, and the ruching effect further extended to the dress’ scoop neckline and thick straps.
The media personality let her outfit shine on its own by accessorizing it with only black pointed pumps. Moreover, she wore a glamorous face of makeup and a glossy nude lip. She further elevated her makeup look with a rosy pink blush and lightly bronzed eyeshadow with a little pop of pink. As for her hair, she kept her long dark locks in loose waves for a wet hair look, perfectly complementing her wet-looking Balenciaga dress.
