Taylor Momsen Leaves Little to Imagination in Risqué NYFW Outfit

Taylor Momsen made a daring fashion statement by going almost topless at New York Fashion Week on September 9. The 31-year-old musician looked fierce while attending the KidSuper Funny Business comedy and fashion show, which took place in collaboration with Lovesac. Over the years, the frontwoman of The Pretty Reckless has been showcasing her edgy sense of style, keeping it close to her rockstar image. As such, the recent risqué NYFW look majorly added to her rocker aura.

Taylor Momsen nearly goes topless for NYFW appearance

Singer and songwriter Taylor Momsen went nearly topless in an edgy black ensemble for the red carpet event of the KidSuper Funny Business comedy and fashion show at the New York Fashion Week. The “Gossip Girl” star made a bold choice by wearing a black printed jacket by KidSuper with nothing underneath. She paired it with a matching set of pants, and the entire ensemble flaunted her impressive physique, especially her defined abs. She also put on black pasties that mimicked duct tape.

Momsen styled her outfit with layered neckpieces and the musician kept her makeup edgy with contoured cheekbones, a mauve-toned dramatic smokey eye, and a nude lip. She also wore her blonde hair down in loose, breezy waves with a middle part. Roberto Morelli did her makeup for the event, while Edgar Parra styled her hair.

Taylor Momsen rose to fame by playing the iconic character Jenny Humphrey in the popular teen drama series “Gossip Girl.” She is also well known for her roles in several other notable movies, including “How the Grinch Stole Christmas,” “Underdog,” and “Spy Kids 2: The Island of Lost Dreams,” among others. However, she took a break from her acting career and became a dedicated rock musician. She took the leading position in The Pretty Reckless, the American rock band, in 2009 and they recently opened the Europe Power Up Tour of AC/DC.
