As seen in Vogue, the stunning headpiece Lady Gaga wore was previously donned by Isabella Blow, the famous magazine editor and muse.
Gaga was joined by her fiancé, Michael Polansky, on the red carpet. The couple arrived in Venice earlier this week. The pair packed on PDA as they posed to get photographed together.
