Saint Laurent Erases All Signs of Hedi Slimane From Instagram Account

It’s a new day over at Yves Saint Laurent. Following the departure of Hedi Slimane, the fashion house wasted no time hiring Anthony Vaccarello to replace him. The Brussels-based designer, who previously served as the Creative Director at Versus, will debut his first Saint Laurent collection during the Spring 2017 season.

In the meantime, the fashion house is busy removing all traces of Slimane from their lives social media pages. Every single post from the official YSL Instagram page was deleted on Monday. In place of Slimane’s grunge-inspired designs and pictures of his model muses, the page posted a single new black and white shot of Vaccarello.

As every passive-aggressive ex knows, the Instagram purge is a telltale sign that the relationship is officially over. Should we expect a few subtweets on their Twitter page next?
