Qantas has tapped model Jessica Hart as its new “trend consultant”, utilising her global fashion expertise to connect its customers to stylish experiences in-flight and on the ground.
The Australian-born, New York-based model, known to us for walking Victoria’s Secret and covering Vogue, believes that travelling has inspired her style. “I love expressing myself through fashion and I believe style evolves as a result of different experiences and travel is a gateway to those experiences,” Jessica explained in a news release.

“I am really excited about partnering with Qantas. Contributing to travel style is something I have always dreamt of so I am excited it’s becoming a reality,” she continued. “I already have a number of ideas I can’t wait to share with the Qantas team.”
Jessica’s first project will be working with Aussie scarf designer Bird & Knoll, to nominate a destination that “feels like home” to be photographed and printed on a limited-edition scarf.
Bird & Knoll are the latest fashion brand to help Qantas out with its new stylish image, following the Martin Grant uniforms and Kate Spade amenity kits. The $298 scarf will launch in September at David Jones and Qantas.com.
