Our girl Lorde might have a look like no other, but the talented bunch at Madame Tussauds have done a darn fine job at making a wax replica of the New Zealand musician.

Seriously, it’s like the best wax figure of a celebrity we’ve ever seen and we’re trying not to be creeped out by it. Lorde’s pretty chuffed with the results too. “Omg guys…it’s my pleasure to finally announce that @MadameTussauds made me into a WAX FIGURE!” she wrote on Twitter.

It’s so good that even Lorde’s mum, Sonya Yelich, who we love for her Lorde throwbacks and borderline-obsession with Kanye West, could easily mistake waxy Lorde for her own daughter. “I so love this waxy Ella! Even i could be tricked into thinking that that’s my kid,” she wrote on Instagram.
Lorde said that sitting for the waxwork was “an incredibly detailed process”, and, clearly, the result was worth her valuable time. Sorry, Chris Hemsworth.
