It was only last month that Alex Perry and Courtney Love were puckering up cheek-to-cheek for Instagram selfies amid a dress fitting, but now the 50-year-old rocker has publicly shamed the top Australian designer on the big bad world of Facebook.
Courtney claims the Alex Perry figure-hugging leather dress she was wearing split at the seams after the press line at the September 6 Sons of Anarchy Season 7
premiere in Hollywood. Rather than privately address her minder, Joe Dadic of PR and event team Point of Contact, the musician wrote to Joe’s Facebook wall to send the message on to Alex.
“Will you tell Alex P that the dress made the press line pretty flawlessly (hair could have been better) and make-up too, but that by the bend down cast shot it split a seam and another and another and literally started molting!!!! i ran out the exit and changed at home,” Courtney wrote, as reported by The Daily Telegraph.
Designer Alex isn’t copping this one on the chin, though, and claims he won’t be gifting Courtney again. “It was the same dress that Kylie Jenner wore in white leather some months earlier, one of the best-selling styles worldwide for the season … Not one complaint. Note to self … No more gifting to CL,” Alex told The Daily Telegraph.
We don’t blame him.
