Gwyneth Paltrow‘s really been going through it these days, dealing with two “conscious uncouplings;” one from her soon-to-be ex-husband Chris Martin, and the other, from Seb Bishop, Goop‘s former CEO. But that’s not stopping her form going onward and upward. She’s also in the process of moving the headquarters of her lifestyle site from London to Los Angeles, and it looks like things are moving fast out in Cali for the Goopster. She posted a photo to Instagram of what seems to be the L.A. storefront for a Goop pop-up shop, which will be open from May 5-11. So that’s why she couldn’t make it to the Met Gala…!
The location of the store appears to be in the Brentwood County Mart, which already houses stores like James Perse, Jenni Kayne and Intermix.
The question still remains: will Gwyn be actually working in the store? We know, anything is more exciting than the boring ‘ol Met Gala, but we wonder if Paltrow’s shaking off the airs of celebrity to go do regular folk things, like work in a store while the rich and famous twirl in couture gowns underneath some old statue of a naked dude?
Probably not. Anyone plan on stopping by the shop next week?
