Some families really are just born beautiful and Lottie Moss has certainly inherited her older half-sister Kate’s looks. She celebrated her 16th birthday yesterday announcing that Storm Models has signed her as one of its new faces.
The birthday girl tweeted a picture of her flawless black and white shots from the Storm website, the agency must be over the moon as they also have supermodel Kate on their books, who was signed at the even younger age of 14.
A spokesperson from the agency spoke to UK Vogue this morning saying:
“Now that she has turned 16 we are pleased to welcome Lottie onto our client roster on our New Faces division at Storm. However, as she is in full time education she is concentrating on her exams and this is her focus.”
This will not come as a complete surprise to anyone who cast a watchful eye over Kate Moss’ ethereal wedding to Jamie Hince in 2011. The then 13-year-old caught the eye of the masses who immediately saw similarities between the bridesmaid and her internationally renowned half sister.
After posing for Kate’s wedding pictures by the infamous Mario Testino in 2011, Lottie is no stranger in front of the camera and looks totally at ease in her test shots taken by Andre Carter-Bowman, although at 5’5” she is definitely one of the shortest on Storm’s books.

There is no doubt that we will soon be seeing her everywhere, although we cannot help thinking if she would have been signed so easily without possessing such an incredibly famous surname. Either way, with such a flawless English Rose look, Lottie is certain to go far in the modelling world.
