If there was a sartorial soundtrack to this year’s awards, it was definitely heavy metal with attendees favoring not only metallic dresses, but tons of embellishment. And many stars cranked the volume on their glitzy gowns all the way up to 11 with truly blinding bling. Yellow and pink were also high on the fashion playlist with numerous incarnations of both hues making an impression on the red carpet. Even in the midst of all these glamorous gowns, one of our favorite looks of the night was a suitable shout–out to Marlene Dietrich and David Bowie courtesy of style chameleon Evan Rachel Wood.
