Is Fish Gape the New Duck Face?

So why is the fish gape taking the Instagram selfie world by storm? Unlike the duck face pose, it’s more sultry and flattering and also slims the face. In case you need a better visual, here we have the duck face:

And it’s not just Kim Kardashian adapting the fish gape. We’ve spotted everyone from Gigi Hadid and Rihanna to Ariana Grande and Selena Gomez trying out the new selfie pose.

Sure, the fish gape might be a silly name, but we have to admit that it is a much more flattering pose, don’t you think?
