The apparel range will also include plus-sized pieces, which makes us think that Target heard the pleas of blogger Chastity Garner, who called for a boycott of the brand during its Altuzarra promotion as the collection failed to offer any options for women falling in the plus range. The movement took off on the Internet, so we’re thinking that this time, Target wanted to avoid any drama by simply making its next designer collaboration more inclusive.
Prices for the collection peak at $250 with about 200 pieces ringing in at under $30. Pulitzer’s strong brand recognition could really make this one a success once it hits stores April 19. So start saving up, folks because it looks like Target’s got your spring/summer wardrobe handled with this one.
