She also introduced her fit for the night, an archival Mugler piece from its Spring-Summer 1992 collection.

The Vanity Fair Oscars party called for a fun night, and Kendall Jenner delivered both before and after getting her glam right in this GRWM video. Joining the magazine for the night, Jenner and her team showed what their pre-glam scenes look like in the dressing room video. Her go-to makeup artist, Mary Phillips, joined hairstylist Tamás Tüzes to work their magic on her get-up for the glam night while the fashion mogul acted her playful self, praised her team, and made a Dirty Shirley cocktail.
“Get a little Tequila in me, and I love to dance,” said Jenner while talking to Vanity Fair during her glam-up process. Despite being a “sleepy gal,” she looked excited for the party with friends coming together for some “fun.” In addition, the reality star described these parties that witness a bevy of stars as “a creative experience,” with “everyone kind of coming up with their own ways they wanna present themself for the night,” which makes it all the more “fun to see how everyone turns out.”
The video further showed how Kendall Jenner’s Vanity Fair Oscars party glam went hand-in-hand with her archival Mugler, which she claimed was an honor to be able to wear. Their inspiration was the model’s “sultry” and “sexy” runway look from the 1992 presentation. Jenner revealed she got red nails and custom Lorraine Schwartz rubies to match that energy. Meanwhile, the makeup artist leaned into darker tones without venturing too far and keeping it close to her staple look.
Perhaps the most amusing part about the video was when the Drink 818 founder made herself a Dirty Shirley in the middle of her glam-up process. “Put a little tequila in my system and some good music, and I’ll go all night,” she noted. Finally, Jenner said it was an honor to celebrate with the Oscar winners and wore her dress for a fashionably late appearance.
