Euphoria actor Hunter Schafer recently opened up about her skincare routine, which involves an impactful beauty hack. The actor illustrated the packaging for Shiseido’s Limited Edition Face Set. Given her five-year partnership with the brand, she sought inspiration from her experience of using their products to design the packaging. Schafer spoke to NYLON about her collaboration, her moisturizing routine, and a beauty tip that is both interesting and useful.
Hunter Schafer on beauty hack: ‘I’ve gotten into tweezing’
In an interview with NYLON, Hunter Schafer talked about an essential beauty trick she’s received from makeup artists over the past few years. She confessed to not minding much about her eyebrows previously. However, now the actor knows how “gently shaping, filling in, coloring, trimming, or just maintaining eyebrows” can contribute to the symmetry of one’s face.
Meanwhile, Schafer further revealed having a “meticulous relationship” with her eyebrows now. The star detailed more about her beauty hack. She said, ” Since I [now have] more control over my look as my own person, I’ve gotten into tweezing…. It’s kind of interesting as someone who loves to draw and study faces.”
The actor opened up about her skincare routine. She confessed to being a “big moisturizer diva.” Schafer also teased that she has been filming prosthetic-heavy scenes at the moment, so the product comes in handy. She said, “Moisturizer helps add some steadiness to an otherwise kind of chaotic work day that my skin gets put through.” She further revealed having taken a fondness for eye patches as well.
Hunter Schafer detailed her love for a fresh face, inspired by Japanese anime and manga. The actor expressed her love for a “no-makeup” look and addressed the importance of a little blush that provides “some of the life and color into your face in the spots where it makes sense.” Schafer swore by some music and taking a shower for a nighttime routine. She hopes to live by the ocean someday, making saltwater as part of her skincare routine.
