Cardi B’s Angled Bangs Covered Her Eyes & She Couldn’t See a Thing

Cardi B’s eye-covering razor-sharp angled bangs were the reason why she apparently couldn’t see a thing at the Mugler Spring 2025 show in Paris. The rapper, born Belcalis Marlenis Cephus, wore a sculpted LBD with a plunging neckline and collars similar to the bangs for her look. However, what stood out was her eccentric alien hairstyle. Cardi B’s fascinating and bold moment at Paris Fashion Week comes weeks after she welcomed her third child with her estranged husband, Offset.

Only Cardi B could have pulled off the alien bangs for a fashion show. The rapper sported distinctive V-shaped curtain bangs in an iconic moment at Paris Fashion Week. However, the hairstyle completely covered her eyes, and now, there is speculation if she was able to see anything at all. The 31-year-old spoke to Dazed Digital at the show and quipped, “I can’t see nothing, I can’t see nothing, I’m practically not even going to see the show.”

Sitting front-row at the Mugler show, Cardi B’s dramatic bangs and unique jet-black hairdo quickly became the talk of the town. The bangs were angled to mirror her high cheekbones and comprised a middle partition similar to the neckline of her dress. Additionally, at the back, she had a sleek, tight bun that was not visible in most photos.

Cardi B’s hairstyle, similar to what many other models wore during the Mugler show, was the work of a Chinese wig designer Zhou Xue Ming. Reportedly, Ming had cut Cardi’s bangs short, which appeared to be the only differentiation between her hair and the wigs the models sported. The hairstylist and wigmaker has earned a name for creating cutting-edge and unearthly hairpieces. Besides designing the “WAP” singer’s wig, he oversaw the other models’ hairstyles.
