How to use E.L.F. Cosmetics’ Brow Laminating Gel:
- Using the precision spoolie, apply a small amount of gel onto clean, dry brows.
- Brush hairs back and forth to fully cover with product.
- Shape brows with the comb end, then gently press up and out into brows with the brush to set hairs in place for a laminated look.
- Use the Instant Lift Brow Pencil or Ultra-Precision Brow Pencil to fill in sparse areas as needed!
