Mango Avocado Banana Smoothie With Collagen Protein (Serves 1)

1/2 banana
1/2 avocado
1 1/4 cups frozen organic mangoes

Coffee-Based Exfoliator (Makes Enough for Multiple Uses)

1 cup organic brown sugar
2 tablespoons organic avocado oil

In a sealable jar, mix all dry ingredients. Slowly add in oils and mix into a paste. Take the mixture and pulse in blender to make finer. Massage on skin in a circular motion to slough off dry and dull skin.

4 large tomatoes, cut in half
1 cucumber, cut in half
1 garlic clove
1/4 red onion, sliced
1/2 red bell pepper
1/2 jalapeño, seeds removed
Juice from 1 lime
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
Topping:
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Strain the mixture through a strainer, pushing all the liquid through with a spatula or the back of a ladle. Transfer to a large pitcher and chill in the refrigerator a few hours. Serve in glass bowls or glasses, top with basil.

Summer Peach Mask (Makes 1 Mask)
"Peaches are packed with vitamin C, which is excellent for tired skin as well as blemishes. Honey has antibacterial qualities and is extremely moisturizing, while the lactic acid in the yogurt smooths and softens fine lines. 1/2 fresh, ripe peach
1/2 teaspoon honey

1 can (about 2 cups) chickpeas, drained

2 cups diced ripe papaya with the seeds removed
1/4 cup honey
1/2 cup coconut milk
1 tablespoon coconut oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Pinch of salt
Puree in the blender. Clean face with a warm towel, then apply the papaya paste generously to your face. Leave it on for 20 minutes and then rinse it off. Repeat weekly for glowing skin.
