Define Eyes with Stay-Put Eyeliner and Mascara
Your secret weapon against heat and humidity is a smudge-free, waterproof eyeliner. For summer, a deep brown feels much fresher than the classic black. For a lusher effect, try to get the eyeliner as close to the roots of your lashes as possible. Then use an eyeliner brush to smudge it into a haze above and below the eyes. Finally, coat the lashes with mascara — waterproof, of course — on the top and bottom to open and brighten the eyes.
