Embracing the theme, Teyana Taylor slipped into a striking gown to perform at The American Heart Association’s (AHA) Red Dress Collection Concert 2025. The 34-year-old took the stage in a shiny floor-length piece that featured a series of intricate details.

Taylor’s one-of-the-shoulder satin dress included multiple cutouts —one along the center of the bust and another on the side of the torso. This section further included several micro lines of thread detailing adorned with beading work along the edges. The same rugged design was also embroidered on the sheer nude long sleeve.

The bodice also included pleated detailing that spread across the torso. Another eye-catching element of the dress was its daring thigh-high slit that bared Taylor’s leg and the stunning body art. The piece further amped up the drama with a train. Taylor also wore a pair of dangly entwined-circles earrings and matched the jewel with her choice of equally glamorous footwear. The actor donned dazzling sandals featuring T-shaped straps made of rhinestones.

Before taking the stage, Taylor walked the red carpet in another beautiful strapless red dress. The actor later shared an Instagram Reel to flaunt the piece and gush over the event. Taylor thanked the American Heart Association and Go Red for Women for “the honor to be part of the Red Dress Collection concert & fashion show tonight.” She added, “The conversation on women’s health is still just beginning, and I’m hopeful for a future where every woman can live a long, healthy life.”
