Rachel Zegler recently turned heads at the Variety party of “The New York Issues” with her risqué look. The “Snow White” actor looked radiant in a long-sleeve maxidress from Dior. The dress featured a see-through black fabric with silver embellishments in the shape of water drops, which cascaded down the dress’ bodice and skirt.
Dior named Rachel Zegler its ambassador last year alongside Dilraba Dilmurat. With that, the actor joined the brand’s impressive “One Dior” ambassadors roster, which includes other high profile celebrities like Blackpink’s Jisoo, Anya Taylor-Joy, Cha Eun-Woo, Jenna Ortega, and more.
Rachel Zegler puts a spin on sheer Dior dress
Rachel Zegler nailed a sheer glam look at Variety’s New York Party on October 6 at Saint Theo’s. She attended the star-studded event wearing a black sheer maxidress by Dior with sparkling water drop patterned embellishments. Interestingly, these embellishments gave off the illusion of dripping diamonds. The dress is from the fashion house’s pre-fall 2024 collection. W Magazine reported that while the runway model wore a black slip underneath at the debut fashion show, Zegler put her own spin on the sheer dress. She went for a base layer of black separates instead of the slip underneath.
According to WWD, Zegler was styled by Sarah Slutsky Tooley. The “West Side Story” actor accessorized the stunning look with jewelry pieces from De Beers. She completed the outfit with a Lady Dior bag and black pumps. As for makeup, she opted for a glowy look with eyeliner, a peachy pink blush on her cheeks, and a subtle pink lip. She kept her dark hair loose in soft and natural waves with a side part.
