Australia’s Next Top Model winner Brittany Beattie attended the Myer Spring 2015 fashion launch castings this week, and we think there’s a fairly good chance we’ll see her on the runway for the big show on August 13.
“It’s the biggest casting I’ve had so far,” she told Sydney Confidential of her experience walking in front of Aje designer Adrian Norris and stylist Thelma McQuillan. “I’m nervous but it’s exciting.”
Australia’s Next Top Model‘s host, Jennifer Hawkins, is the ambassador for the department store, and judge Alex Perry also showcases his designs on the Myer runway every season.
In addition, Myer shared its excitement over Brittany’s big win on its Instagram, so it’s clear the retailer was already fond of her before she walked into the casting.
Brittany, whose ELLE Australia editorial just got published, is the model name on everyone’s lips right now, and has even started modelling for big names like Westfield. She told theFashionSpot recently, “I enjoy doing modelling. I know that I’m good at it now, so I’m just excited to get into it.”
If Brittany scores the walking gig with Myer, she will be one of 60 models, including Jennifer, Rachael Finch and Kris Smith, who will walk the highly anticipated show.
