1. First blowout and smooth out the hair if desired, otherwise, let hair air-dry.
2. Section hair off from the temples of the face and sweep it back into a hair tie, so that only the top half of the hair is up and the rest is down.
3. Begin to fishtail braid hair all the way to the end and then using a piece at the end of the braid, wrap it around as if it were a hair tie and pin it in the back, so that it looks as though the hair tie is the hair.
4. Take a piece of hair from under the top of the braid where the fishtail starts and wrap it around the hair tie to create the same effect and then pin it underneath.
5. Finish the look with a texturizing spray like Oribe Dry Texturizing Spray ($42).
