Jessie J hit the Elle Style Awards in London in a super-short Tom Ford dress and thigh-high, lace-up shoes. Thankfully, she kept her makeup somewhat pared back, but that wasn’t enough to save the look from those shoes. Her long, dark hair added to the (intentional?) dominatrix vibe.
